Hello! Preorders are currently closed for all products as we are manufacturing now. Once all preorder customer units ship, we will have Natural Gate, Portal Drum, Nexus Seq, and NSX available for direct sale. If units sell out, we will consider additional runs and preorders.
In regards to general operations, and as all are experiencing, the cost of goods have increased. We have always assembled here in the USA (and still do), but almost all electronics parts are not made in the USA. In addition, the unstable nature of how the tariff rates have been changed has also wasted a lot of our time having to source parts in alternative ways. So it's been a bit of a dance working around all of this which has caused some delays. For that we appreciate our preorder customers' patience. The positive: units are coming very soon!
Our prices moving forward have been increased a small amount (around 5% avg) to help offset some (but certainly not all) of the cost increases we have been paying across the board. We have kept the price increases the least (or zero) on our more expensive products.
We also have some high quality boxes coming soon!
